An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months and the Account carries a positive balance. bd999 will notify the registered contact details before applying any inactivity maintenance fee. PKR Currency Note: bd999 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in PKR. Any currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are your own responsibility.

bd999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their bd999 Account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
bd999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform, and shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays outside bd999's reasonable control.
Force Majeure: bd999 shall not be in breach of these Terms, and shall not be liable to you, for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, cyberattacks on infrastructure, or other force majeure events.
bd999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at bd999.games/privacy-policy.
